Text Box: OttawaDancehall.com:  Why did you selected the name Yardiz as the name of the group?
Yardiz: Well since we are yard yute the name fit, because that is who we are, so the name says who we are and where we are from.  We came up with a few names before Yardiz, but Yardiz was the final name.
OttawaDancehall.com:  You are constantly performing anytime you go out, but where "officially" has Yardiz performed?
Yardiz:  We have performed at: the Import Car Show at Landsdown, Kwanza Festival, High School Airbands, Carleton University's Black History Month, JamDay at Vincent Masey Park, Algonquin's Black History Month, Teen Jam at the Bronson Centre, The Dance Clash in Montreal, and we have a few things lined up in Ottawa and in other cities coming up.
OttawaDancehall.com:  It seems as though all the most well known dances originate in Jamaica from dancers that are known specifically for building their own dances, has Yardiz come up with any dances of your own that you have personally created?
Yardiz:  Yeah too many - Summer Jiggy, Winter Bounce, Hot Bwoys, Leprechaun, Bowling, Dem Seh, Ride Out, Over Da Wall Slide, Gun Slide, we have a lot of dances that we do and we don't even have names for but we created them all.
